Order processing (pre-shipment): Please allow 24-48hrs (excluding holidays) for your order to be processed. Order processing times can be extended if necessary due to high order volumes. Order and shipping confirmations: You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as the order is placed. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as Theeartistrybar has shipped your order. If you do not receive any emails in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. Pick up orders: In store pickups are available Tues-Sat. Please message me to arrange a pick up time once order has been placed. PLEASE NOTE: A valid form of id is required when picking up orders. If someone else is picking up for you, please put their info in the order details. Orders not picked up within 5 days of being ready will result in a $15 restocking fee. If you feel you are unable to pickup your order, please select local delivery. Local delivery: Local deliveries are available for surrounding cities (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake). Shipping process: Shipping delivery times will vary depending on your location. Orders are mailed out DAILY, before 5pm est. Please allow up to 48hrs for your tracking number to be updated. Please refer to your tracking number for all delivery updates. PLEASE NOTE that Theeartistrybar is not responsible for shipping delays. When you receive notice that your package has been delivered, please check your mailbox, parcel lockers, or front door/door step. If you did not receive your package, please contact USPS immediately.
